Refunds
We want you to shop with absolute confidence with us, so if you've received your band and change your mind, we can offer you a refund within 2 weeks of when you first receive it, provided that the package has never been opened, it's never been used and in perfectly new condition, free of scratches/dents/blemishes/wrinkles/kinks, etc., just as as it was received and in the original, undamaged packaging.
Our packaging has a clear window so that you can see the actual band. This should help determine if it's the right band for you, without opening the packaging.
We have a strict QC standard (before we accept it from the factory and before we ship it to you, our customers) to ensure that all customers receive only the best quality that they expect from JUUK. We will apply the same standard inspecting returns.
For example, our soft Italian leather straps will start to conform to your wrist the first time you put it on, so it will not lay as flat as it once did out of the box. Also, once the leather has started to form like this, trying to flatten it back out will show wrinkles in the leather. We cannot resell this as new, so this would be considered a used item.
Although we are a Hong Kong-based company, you’ll need to ship it back to us in Canada and we'll issue your refund for the price of the product, not including shipping (both ways if you opted for paid shipping options), when we receive the band back and if it passes our quality control inspection. We do not have the ability to offer return shipping labels.
We want to trust your judgement on its condition, but if we deem the returned item to be in less than perfect condition, we'll need to ship it back to you, at your cost.
