US Tariffs and Suspension of Sales to the UK and the EU

US Customers

Now that the current administration has imposed tariffs on China, you should expect to pay import duties before your package is delivered to you. If you choose a courier (e.g. UPS) that charges a fee to help you clear customs, you may have the option to save on those fees by clearing it yourself at a CBP location, then picking it up from the courier's depot. Please contact the courier for more details where applicable.

EU and UK Customers

As of January 1st, 2021, we’ve suspended sales to the UK due to Brexit and the new VAT requirements. 

As of July 1st, 2021, the EU has also instituted changes so that sellers outside of the EU need to collect taxes upfront on all sales under €150 and work with a tax intermediary within the EU to assist in tax remittance. 

Until we're able to partner up with tax intermediaries within the EU and UK, we would like to direct our EU and UK customers to shop from our store on Etsy, who will be easing this transition by collecting and remitting taxes on our behalf to the local governments where customers reside.

If you've signed up for our Rewards Program, you're still entitled to earning the points for purchases on our Etsy store, so please send us a note to remind us to add your points back to your account.
